CYCLE SIPS & LIFTS 2024 SUMMER SERIES

So get ready to have one amazing morning of stellar workouts, a delicious post work-out beer and a blast of a time!

Make sure to bring: Layers of clothing, sunscreen, water bottle, towel, cycling shoes (if you have them! PLEASE LET US KNOW.. Information below) and running shoes.

Event Details:

6 Sundays for the summer of 2024. Each Sunday will have 2 waves. Each wave you will Cycle for 30 min, Lift for 30 min and cheers post workout with NBB beer!

May 19th- ROCK your GREEN for Mental Health Awareness

Wave 1: Sydnie and Krisytn Wave 2: Bri and Kaylen

June 23rd - PRIDE MONTH

Wave 1: Chloe and Rich Wave 2: Maia and Marcell

July 14th- Rock your RED, WHITE and BLUE

Wave 1: Kiara and Keresey Wave 2: Sydnie and Rich

August 18th-

Wave 1: Chloe and Sydnie Wave 2: Kiara and Marcell

September 15th -

Wave 1: Reese and Rich Wave 2: Keresey and Bri

October 13th - PINK OUT for Breast Cancer Awareness

Please arrive between 830am- 840am and check in at the Cyclebar tent.

Please arrive between 1030am- 1040am and check in at the Cyclebar tent.

Half of the participants will Cycle with Cyclebar First 30 min

Half of the participants will Lift with Pursuit First 30 min

Following both workouts cheers with a BEER from NBB!

First come gets to pick where they want to start first, cycle or lift! So if you have a preference get there earlier than later!

Food Trucks at NBB each CS&L event for food and snacks. Bathrooms and water fountain available on site.

We will have a supply of SPD cleat cycling shoes for the bikes! Cadges available if needed! If you have your own cycling shoes please bring them!
