About the Speaker:
Apollonia is the founder of Mi Hita, a creative project dedicated to supporting women from their first period to their last, and everywhere in between. After experiencing multiple miscarriages in her early 30s, she realized how much she had never been taught about her own body. That discovery sparked years of study in women’s health, fertility awareness, birth work, education, and the connections between our biology and the lives we create.
Today, through workshops, one-on-one support, thoughtfully curated products, and community gatherings, Apollonia helps women better understand themselves and reconnect with the wisdom that has always been theirs. She believes that when women understand how everything is connected, they are better equipped to create lives that feel aligned, intentional, and fully their own.
