Managing Digital Risks: Restart and Refresh

The focus this year is on encouraging employees to own their role in protecting their cyber environment, raising awareness about digital risks and ensuring that all employees have the information and tools they need to manage these risks.  

On October 13th, from 12 pm to 1 pm, our cybersecurity experts will be holding a “Cybersecurity in Higher Education ” Q&A panel. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask the panel cybersecurity-related questions as it relates to the College, as well as questions concerning the security of their home environments.

Our panelists for the session are:

• Mary Agbadaola, Esq., CIPP/C, CIPM, Algonquin College Senior Privacy Specialist, Cybersecurity Unit (CSU), ITS

The first 15 people attending in-person will get free T-Shirts and caps. In addition, there will be an opportunity for attendees to win gift cards.

There will be food and drinks for all in-person participants!
