About the Centre for Cyber Security Resilience

The Centre for Cyber Security and Resilience is an interdisciplinary, socio-technical
Centre of Research Excellence of Newcastle University with 135 members. Having been
recognised as a national Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research in
2013, Newcastle builds on its track record in core security, dependability and industry
impact to infuse cyber security and resilience into emergent technologies. The Centre
follows the motto “Protecting the fabric of society.”
