About this Event

Cyber Hygiene Practices to Protect Your Business

In today’s world, it is not a question of if your business will be attacked by cyber criminals, but when. Over the past few years, many manufacturers have changed their processes and equipment rapidly to react to the ongoing upsets of the pandemic, supply chain problems, and the labor shortage. Smart devices, data collection sensors, at-home workstations, cloud-based storage, and other technologies can prove to be great tools for your business - however - they can also create vulnerabilities if not properly deployed or maintained.

Join us for a lunch-n-learn event to:

  • Better understand the tools needed to help protect against cyber attacks and how they work: firewalls, antivirus software, backups, etc.
  • Learn how putting policies and procedures in place related to hiring and firing, technology use, and other aspects of your business are critical to keeping your data safe.
  • Understand how to audit vulnerabilities and find the right solutions for your business’ needs.
  • Discover best practices in cyber hygiene that can mitigate risk throughout the organization including the production floor, the front office, and remote workers.

Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.
