After three very successful seasons of the CybageRun Cybage Software is proud to bring back the Half Marathon to celebrate its 27th Corporate Anniversary.

Nearly after two years Cybage is gearing to commemorate its anniversary celebration with this run to celebrate the success stories of many deserving but underprivileged children with the support of CybageKhushboo.

CybageKhushboo strongly believes in the power of education and since its founding in 2009 it has helped numerous economically challenged children make promising careers and secure a bright future for themselves and their families.

We invite you to join hands with CybageKhushboo and run a mile to educate a child.

WAIVER

I know that running or volunteering for a road race is a potentially hazardous activity which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained and by my signature I certify that I am medically able to perform this event and I am in good health and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read all the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry I for myself and anyone to act on my behalf waive and release CybageKhushboo and associated organizers their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of person's named in this waiver.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purpose of this “Organizer” shall mean Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd

1. Please choose the run category carefully based on your fitness level.

2. You are aware that long distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You will take full responsibility for participating in the CybageRun and the organizer /other allied -or any of its members or entities will not be responsible for any injury or accident.

3. You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.

4. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including but not limited to falls contact with other participants the effects of the weather including high heat or humidity traffic and the condition of the road arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

5. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.

6. You also agree to stop running if instructed by the race director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers.

7. You confirm that in the event of adverse weather conditions major incidents or threats on the day of the event any of the force majeure of the restriction by authority the organizers reserve the right to Stop/Cancel/Postpone the event. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank/payment gateway charges wherever applicable)

8. You understand that confirmed registration and merchandise orders are non-refundable non-transferable and cannot be modified.

9. Your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used for future event publicity purposes.

10. You acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by organizer event management company and other sponsors or any other company in connection with the organization promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.

11. If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor for 5K or 3K you explicitly confirm the following:

 “I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major”. Minors will not be allowed to run 21K and 10K.

12. You will provide us with a secure email ID/mobile number that you can access regularly since this will be our primary means of communication during the run-up to the event.

13. We will be sending regular updates to the email ID/mobile number you have provided in the registration form. This should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider.

14. Participants must personally appear for collecting the running bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners along with a copy of government approved ID of the runner.

15. Your bib should be visible at all times during the run.

16. T-shirts and bib distributions will not be executed on the day of the Run.

17. Proof of age shall be submitted by all participants while collecting their Bib. Runners under the age of 18 years must get written consent of their parent or guardian which will be submitted during bib collection.

18. On-spot registrations will not be accepted at the Expo or the event day.

19. There will be a podium finish for 5K 10K and 21K with trophies and vouchers based on the provisional results provided by our timing partner on gun time.

20. T-shirts cannot be exchanged for another size. Size selected during booking will be considered final.

22. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to indemnify the organizer for any loss damage illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
