Cyanotype Workshop with Shauna Marie Martin

Join Ardest Gallery for a day under the sun! We will learn all about the magic solution created by Sir John Herschel as we make our own cyanotypes on paper!

In this hour-long workshop you will compose your own arrangement of items onto cyanotype coated paper. Then we will expose it under the sun and watch the magic happen as nature takes control! All supplies included, but feel free to bring your own items that you feel will record well on cyanotype coated paper. People have used everything from kids' building blocks (Legos) to grandmother's hand-crocheted doilies to leaves and flowers. There are so many possibilities!
