CX Day 2022 with the CXPA Cape Town: Celebrating our Success Stories

Please join the CXPA Cape Town network as we celebrate CX Day 2022 and our return to in-person events!

The global theme for CX Day 2022 is "CX Drives Success", and we'd like to use this as an opportunity to bring people together and celebrate our locally-grown CX success stories. At this event, you'll hear from a panel of South African CX leaders sharing examples of how they've driven success and delivered results in their organisations. We'll also facilitate an interactive Q&A, providing the opportunity to ask questions or share your own examples.

We'll kick off with breakfast and networking followed by a panel discussion and participant Q&A. As always, this event will be open to members and non-members alike. Buffet breakfast provided, please RSVP so that we can plan for catering accordingly.

The UCT GSB Conference Center is located within their their Waterfront campus, adjoining the Protea by Marriott Breakwater Lodge hotel. Turn right into the underground parking lot at the turn off for the Porswood hotel, follow the GSB signage to the allocated parking. These bays are on a first come first served basis. Follow signage to the conference center. Alternatively, attendees can park at the V&A parking across from the Aquarium/Workshop 17 and take the stairs up to the campus and conference facilities.
