We are welcoming Alex Wenzel of Lion's Tail Brewing for a meeting that will be a mix of Educational and Tasty Fun! We will have an informative discussion on the importance of Water Chemistry in brewing beer, but before it gets too heavy we will move right on to the Tasty Fun! Our Beer Style of the Month is Slushie and Fruit Beers, so who better to talk about the topic than Alex! Feel free to bring a friend, and as always feel free to bring something to sample and share for discussion! You do not need to be a member to check out one of our meetings! Stop in early for food & drinks downstairs and head upstairs for the meeting at 7:00PM
