CWC Cause Night June 2024

Paige Soper with Soper Financial Services will be hosting our Cause Night this month. Join us for some lite bites and great networking among like-minded professionals.

In 2019 Paige founded Soper Financial Services, where she works with small business owners, individuals, and families to help them reach retirement. Paige has a BFA from Goddard College and holds FINRA 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses. She is a Founding Member of Connectors with a Cause and WIFS’s South West Florida Chapter.  She also spends time volunteering with P.E.O. a woman’s organization which gives scholarships to women pursuing a college degree and serves as a Board of Director’s Member of Streets of Paradise.

Paige has chosen Streets of Paradise to receive the proceeds from our Cause Night this month. Streets of Paradise is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Sarasota. One of SOP's main outreach programs is helping community members who are transitioning out of homelessness and into a home by furnishing their new home with basic necessities like furniture and kitchenware. This helps our friends have a successful start in their new home!

Connectors With a Cause was founded in 2022 and was born from a passion to support local businesses and our community. We are a closed networking group, only allowing one member per industry classification. Our objectives are to grow each other’s businesses with quality referrals, to add value by providing services for each other’s clients, and to bless others in the community through giving opportunities. We have open positions in many industry classifications and welcome the opportunity to help new members grow their businesses.

We meet twice per month. Our 2nd Wednesday meetings are on Zoom and follow a structured agenda for networking and passing referrals. Our 4th Tuesday meetings are our in person CWC Cause Nights. Our CWC Cause Nights are held at rotating locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The Cause Nights are open networking meetings, with charitable giving supporting different causes each month. Membership fees are $50/month, with half of the fees going towards blessing others in the community each month.
