CWA Council Show
The Atrium Gallery at the East Hartford Public Library (located at the main Raymond Library) is open during regular library hours. You can view the exhibit from Monday through Sunday.
Atrium Gallery Hours:
Monday & Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

CWA is one of the country's oldest women's art organizations, founded in 1929, in Connecticut. The organization is a not-for-profit corporation that provides a forum for women's contemporary art and emphasizes art's importance in today's society. CWA is a statewide group of vibrant, highly accomplished professional artists working in various media. The goal of Connecticut Women Artists, Inc. is to foster and promote interest in the visual arts by Connecticut women, to maintain the highest possible standards of achievement among them, to provide exhibitions, and to encourage any other activities beneficial to artistic endeavors.
