World Hoop Day is a day to celebrate the hula hoop and all it represents. It's a day to bring people together, create joy, and spread playfulness. This will be our inaugural World Hoop Day event here in the Cedar Valley! Get ready for an afternoon of fun and flowing freely ?
We will provide all the hula hoops - you just need to show up and spin your heart out! ✨ No experience necessary ✨There will be hula hoop games, hula hoop fitness, hula hoop dance, hula hoop performances, bubble flow, face painting and SO MUCH MORE!
There is a separate space for kids to play and explore having fun with hula hoops from 2-5pm. Classes will be 30 mins long and run throughout the entire event. At the end of the event festivities we will have a FIRE hoop performance followed by an LED Flow Jam!

Free will donations accepted via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and on-site cash donations.
*Donations will go towards the costs of hosting the event and providing a select amount of FREE hula hoops on a first come/first serve basis*
