Make a laminated hardwood cutting board for the kitchen! You will learn lumber selection, cutting, gluing & clamping techniques. You will cut strips of wood on the table saw to laminate and use bar clamps to glue up the strips. Then you will use a drum sander to thickness the cutting board and finish sand with an orbital sander. Finally, you will apply the newest food safe finishing options to create a handy cutting board for yourself or someone special.
