Az első alkalom sikere után nem volt kérdés, hogy folytatjuk. A CUTS & BEATS visszatér, és egyelőre nem is tervez megállni.
November 4-én ismét a steak és a zene találkozik az ÉS Bisztróban, a recept pedig változatlan: öt különböző cut, két választott köret és Don Danos a DJ-pult mögött.
Ezúttal az öt főszereplő: Beef Fillet, Côte de Bœuf, Wagyu Picanha, New York Strip és Kagoshima A5 Rib-eye, összesen 500 gramm fejenként. A steakek mellé két köret választható: friss saláta, hasábburgonya, préselt burgonya, sült répa, brokkolini vagy burgonyapüré.
🎧 És mert a CUTS & BEATS legalább annyira szól a zenéről, mint a steakekről, 18:00-tól Don Danos veszi át a DJ-pultot, és gondoskodik az este ritmusáról.
Ár: 35 900 Ft / fő + 15% szervizdíj
Az ár az öt különböző steak cutot és két választott köretet tartalmazza. Az italfogyasztást az ár nem tartalmazza.

After the success of our first edition, there was no question that we had to keep going. CUTS & BEATS is back, and it has no plans of stopping anytime soon.
On November 4, steak and music come together once again at ÉS Bisztró, with the same winning formula: five different cuts, two sides of your choice, and Don Danos behind the DJ booth.
This time, the five stars of the evening are Beef Fillet, Côte de Bœuf, Wagyu Picanha, New York Strip and Kagoshima A5 Rib-eye, adding up to a total of 500 grams per person. Choose two sides to accompany the steaks: fresh salad, French fries, pressed potatoes, roasted carrots, broccolini or mashed potatoes.
🎧 And because CUTS & BEATS is just as much about the music as it is about the steaks, Don Danos takes over the DJ booth from 6:00 PM, setting the rhythm for the evening.
Price: HUF 35,900 / person + 15% service charge
The price includes all five steak cuts and two sides of your choice. Drinks are not included.
