Cute Monster Cake Decorating Class

In this beginner class you will learn the basics of working with buttercream while creating a mini cake with a Cute (or Scary?) Monster design. Vanessa, from Sweet Details GR, will guide you and share some of the tips and tricks she has learned during the +10 years she has been baking professionally. You will leave the class with the skills and confidence to wow your family and friends.

FEATURED TECHNIQUES: How to color buttercream. How to fill a pipping bag. Use of decorating tips. Composition. Pipping skills. Color theory. How to stack and frost a cake. Decorating tips.

You will practice basic piping techniques and will walk away with a beautifully decorated cake plus new skills.

Minimum class size is 8. If 8 students have not registered for this event, we reserve the right to cancel or change event date. In this case tickets will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel this class due to illness or low enrollment in which case you will be offered a full refund.
