About this Event
This course provides comprehensive managerial perspective on Customer Relationship Management and explains how CRM practices & technologies are used to enhance the results of Marketing, Sales, and Service functions throughout the customer lifecycle stages of Customer Acquisition, Retention and Development, and supporting wider organizational goals.
The course talks about how companies are enhancing their Customer Relationship Management strategies using new technologies like Social CRM, Big Data Analytics and how they are exploiting large volume of both structured and unstructured data about customers, prospects and partners in Cloud and their customer databases.
We will further deepen our understanding of CRM domain using various Theoretical models, frameworks and case studies.

Ketan Patel has over 10 years of experience working in Silicon Valley managing Technology clients in the areas of Semiconductor like Intel Corporation, Networking companies like Cisco, Industrial IOT companies like Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Hardware/Software leading online companies like Google, Apple, Facebook.
Prior to that, Ketan has worked for 3 years in Tokyo, Japan and 2 years in India managing Client Relationships in the areas of semiconductor, consumer electronics, Medical Devices, Industrial Automation and Automotives.
Currently, Ketan is working as Client Relationship Manager for managing global relationships and large tech programs for Alphabet (Google) and it subsidiary companies.
