Custom Chatbots for Nonprofits: A Hands-On Workshop

This is an in-person event in Chester County, PA.

Led by AI expert Sean Boyce of NxtStep Consulting, this hands-on workshop will showcase the power of AI chatbots for nonprofits. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own customized chatbot prototype tailored to either internal operations or client-facing needs. Through a mix of instruction and breakout sessions, attendees will explore practical applications of AI chatbots, such as assisting staff with policy information or guiding clients through programs. At the end of the workshop, participants will leave equipped with the knowledge and tools to develop, deploy, and manage a chatbot that streamlines communication and amplifies their nonprofit’s impact.

Who Should Attend?
This free, in-person workshop is open to nonprofits and their board members. While no coding or advanced software skills are required, participants should have a basic understanding of generative AI concepts and be comfortable navigating common software tools.
