Curtis Pool Adult Swim Class Tuesdays/Thursdays (9:00 am-9:45 am)

Purpose:

• Orient participants to the aquatics environment and help them gain basic aquatic skills.

• Help participants begin to develop positive attitudes and safe practices around water.

Prerequisites:

• No skill prerequisites

• Participants usually start at about 14 years of age
