Curry: Tiger Prawn Malai

Make tiger prawn (or paneer kofta for a veggie version) malai, green bean poriyal and lemon rice. You'll be blending spices for the marinade, and creating the perfect accompaniments.

Menu:

• Tiger prawn malai or paneer kofta malai(v)
• Green bean poriyal
• Lemon rice

Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
