Join us for a Family-Friendly Nature Discovery workshop with Nothing Like Nature, lead by Dr Kathleen Bagot at Allnutt Park, McKinnon.Kathleen is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, environmental psychologist, nature journalling educator and
mindfulness facilitator.
This session is designed to help families slow down, connect with the natural world, and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of time outdoors.
✨ What to Expect:
Gentle mindfulness-in-motion wander with sensory and creative activities in nature.
Opportunities for children to explore at their own pace with fun, age-appropriate activities.
Learn about the science behind the health and wellbeing benefits of time in nature.
Co-create ephemeral art, explore small details in the environment, or try nature journalling.
A chance for families to be together, connect, and enjoy nature in a child-led way.

👨👩👧👦 Who: all homeschooling families (recommended for ages 5+, younger siblings welcome with adult support)
