In Wines of Australia, we’ll take a closer look at the regions, climates, and grape varieties that have made Australia one of the most dynamic wine-producing countries in the world.

This guided tasting features six thoughtfully selected wines that showcase Australia’s range, from cool-climate whites to powerful reds and elegant, age-worthy classics. Along the way, we’ll explore how Australia’s geography, old-vine heritage, and modern winemaking techniques influence style, balance, and flavor.

As always, this class is designed to be approachable, informative, and enjoyable—perfect for curious beginners and seasoned wine lovers alike.

Curio wines classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
