Dear Curfew lovers!
As part of our 10th anniversary in 2025, in addition to the fat parties, we are also organizing some community enhancing events. Social gatherings so to speak.
Ghent's always been small in size but big in sound. House music isn't just a genre here—it's our culture. 💚
To celebrate, we're hosting our first Curfew Quiz at Ghent’s newest spot: Otterburcht.
📅 Friday, March 29th
📍 Venue: Otterburcht, Ghent—A cozy spot by the water, next to the old Kompass (Ghelamco). Free guarded parking for cars & bikes!
It's not a one-track-quiz, the questions are very broad and varied, a balanced and varied quiz, full of sound bites and video fragments, classic questions, but also questions with a crazy angle, as serious as silly, fun and togetherness with a beer, wine or glass of cava, that's what's most important.
Emphasis on electronic music in the broadest sense of the word (We are Curfew) but of course we don't forget other genres and relatives in the big world of musicology.
Dust off your Jazz, Funk, Boogie, Rock, Classical, Trip Hop, Motown, Disco, Death Metal, Grindcore and Gabber. Records so dust off already!
Themes such as history, politics, sports, geography, actua, etc... are all drawn into the quiz pool, albeit sideways, but somehow in a musical setting!
A real quiz as it were 😉 Tzalwelzijn!
You don't have to be an experienced quizzer to have a fun evening!
