Cured & Uncorked - A Curated Charcuterie Workshop and Natty Wine Experience

Welcome to Cured & Uncorked, a workshop where Michelle Diemer will teach you how to design a beautiful charcuterie board featuring a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts. We'll provide all of the ingredients for your board along with natty juice for you to sip on while you are creating. You're welcome to bring your own board if you want to get fancy or we will have palm leaf boards available. After you finish designing your centerpiece, we will wrap it up and you can bring a tantalizing treat home that will be sure to impress. To keep your creative juices flowing, DJ UC BUU will be in the house with tunes all afternoon. This is a perfect activity to hone your skills for the holiday season. Cheers!
