On the first Friday of every month, join curator Dr. James Porter in exploring Hargrett's newest exhibit "Sunken Treasure: The Art & Science of Coral Reefs." Dr. Porter will begin his tour in Room 268, next to the Hargrett Gallery, in which he will provide an introduction before leading the group into the gallery. Attendees will gain insight into the 50 years of research and collecting that made this exhibit possible!
Free parking is available to all visitors of UGA Special Collections in the Hull Street Deck. Visitors should bypass the machines in the deck and provide their license plate number to our 1st floor security desk for validation.
UGA Special Collections is free and open to the public Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8AM-5PM, and Tuesday Thursday, 8AM-7PM. Visitors may explore the galleries on their own or book a group tour under the "Visit" tab.
