Immerse yourself in the journey of a holistic music production retreat with Mose, Steffen Ki, Iyakuh, Luana Schwengber, LO.Renzo (Jakare/Poan), Maywa.

Together with leading artists in the scene we will dive deep into advanced music production techniques. In co-creation with the elements we explore our inner and outer landscapes with holistic practices like yoga, breathwork, voice activation and soundhealing at the outstanding Winklergut, a traditional farm in upper Austria transformed into a creative playground.
The retreat experience will culminate into a celebration of Lúnasa Gathering at the weekend. In ancient celtic cultures Lúnasa was the honoring of the first harvest of the year. For these days we open the doors for the community to come together as a tribe and celebrate life.
The music production retreat will begin on wednesday, august 7 and end on saturday, august 10 at noon. Lunasa Festiva starts on saturday, 10.08. and ends on sunday, 11.08. There is the option to stay till monday, 12.08.

10:30 - 12:30 Class 1 Maywa & Steffen:
Connecting with and Channeling the Elements
and Creating a Sound Journey with Steffens 432 Hz Shamanic Portals Ableton Template
Learning Experience: Being out in Nature, tuning in, breathing and listening to the spirits and elementals of the land to get inspiration and guidance. We then take this inspiration in the studio and Steffen shows us how to create a Sound Healing Journey in Ableton based on a template that he has created.

15:00- 17:00 Class 2 with Iyakuh & Luana :
From Vision to Sound: Creating a Story and shaping it into sound
Learning Experience: Iyakuh will show us how to create a track inspired by an image that can serve as a musical mood board. Both share how storytelling can an inspiring aspect in the process of creating music and we will learn special sound design techniques that show us how to translate images into sound.

Nature as inspiration: a creative approach to Field Recording , creating soundscapes and organic percussions & beats
Learning Experience: LO.Renzo his vision will share how tips and tricks how to use Ableton effects and plugins to turn field recordings into rich textures, layers and percussion samples from which can create organic and very unique beats that mark his signature sound.

The art of surrender, freeing the voice and listening
10:30 - 12:30 Class 1 with Luana:
"Deep Listening and Expanding Awareness of Sound”
Learning Experience: In this philosophical class Luana shares her passion for sound as a gateway to a spiritual experience. We learn and experience how sound can be perceived on a multi-dimensional level and we get deep into the metaphysics and spiritual dimension of sound.

15:00- 17:00 Class 2 with Iyakuh & Maywa:
"Collaborative Alchemy"
Learning Experience: Iyakuh will create a track from scratch with Maywa as a vocalist. He will share his approach to collaboration and share his insights on what is important when collaborating with someone in the studio. We will learn how to record and process vocals and many tips and tricks from Iyakuh's magical aresenal of sound design tools.

Looking into an Arrangement, Project Example
Learning Experience: LO.Renzo will show us how to take loops into a finished arrangement. He will share a project example and explain his approach to creating a magical flow and captivating dynamic in an organic downtempo track.

"Less is More - The Power of Simplicity"
Learning Experience: Steffen & Maywa will share their minimalistic approach to music production. We will see that you don't need a ton of elements and complex sound design in order to create music that is touching and moving people. They share what elements to focus on and how to create a big impact with very few elements and sounds.
15:00- 17:00 Class 2 Mose Masterclass: Mose will share how to produce in Session view with his template and how to transfer the loops into a live set
17:00 - 19:00 Class 3 with Steffen Ki
Sound Healing in Ableton
Learning Experience: Steffen will show us how we can turn the computer into a Sound Healing Instrument. We will learn how to apply alternative tunings and how to work with healing frequencies and create Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones in Ableton.
