Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of fire cupping therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
We teach non fire cupping in this class but also give a demo and explain the traditional aspects of fire cupping for your own knowledge. YOU will be practicing NON fire cupping.
Please bring with you a closed container for your beverage, a set of sheets, your lotion or oil, a towel and wear comfortable clothes.
