Cuppa Squad Diabetes Support, The Hub on the Green, Bournville, Birmingham

We welcome you to join us for a free workshop to support those living with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, simply learn more about prevention of developing diabetes or supporting a loved one all over a nice cuppa.

We encourage peer to peer support for each other to feel less isolated with your health condition and also discuss interesting topics, fun quizzes and challenges to help support and manage your diabetes and overall health and wellbeing.

The free warm and friendly workshops run monthly on the 3rd Thursday of every month 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

If you can’t make the face to face sessions we also offer online support sessions.
