All Materials and Equipment included!
Hi all, Thank you very much for joining us at our first events at Tudor Rose Patchwork in Oakley, we hope you enjoyed them. We're delighted to announce two new Paint, Coffee and Cake dates and a repeat of the Introduction to Watercolour day course.
Tues 22nd September 7pm - Highland Cow in Watercolour
Tues 10th November 7pm - The Blue Dress
Fri 30th October 12.45pm - Introduction to Watercolour
The Highland Cow, as well as being a lovely painting to complete is also a great opportunity to reinforce the skills and techniques learned in the watercolour course. The Blue Dress is a slightly different challenge, working with a limited palette but it does give the artist the opportunity to really put their own creativity into the patterns.
And as you were in on the ground floor, please accept a 10% discount on any bookings made before 22nd August.
Please use the Promo Code "Tudor Rose 26" in the promo code box on the checkout screen.
About the Tutor: Liddy is the creative force and main tutor with Something Less Boring. She is a qualified Illustrator and also a qualified teacher. Liddy taught art for over 10 years at secondary school level before leaving to found Something Less Boring in 2017 with the aim of bringing art and sport to all ages regardless of ability in a fun, creative and inclusive way. Since April 2020 we estimate that Liddy has taught close to 500 online art sessions.
In her own words: "For as long as I can remember I have always dreamt about being an artist and illustrator. My passion has always been for art and I have always enjoyed being creative. Some of my fondest childhood memories are those spent with my siblings creating stories, drawing illustrations and making books. I guess it was from here that a profound love for all things creative was born and nurtured."
