🌿 Cuttings Guidelines for the Cuttings & Cuppa Swap
A gentle guide to help everyone enjoy a healthy, thriving plant swap.

🌱 What to Bring
• 5 potted cuttings from your garden
• Any type is welcome — indoor, outdoor, herbs, succulents, natives, flowering plants

🌼 How to Prepare Your Cuttings
• Use a small pot with drainage
• Fresh potting mix is ideal
• Each cutting should have a stem or leaf node and be capable of rooting
• Water lightly before bringing them

🌸 Labelling (optional)
• Plant name
• Sun/shade preference
• Simple care notes

🌿 What Happens on the Day
• Place your cuttings on the drop‑off table
• We’ll create a shared swap table for everyone
• You’ll choose 5 new cuttings to take home
• Any cuttings needing extra time will be nurtured in our hothouse and added to future swaps

💚 A Few Gentle Requests
• Please avoid invasive species
• Bring healthy, pest‑free cuttings
• No pressure for perfection — we’re here to share, learn, and enjoy
