"Cupping" is an industry term used to describe the sensory evaluation process that allows us to analyze coffee aroma and taste. We invite you to come and cup our coffees with us whether you are a coffee veteran or novice. At this event you'll learn more about Finca la Misericordia- our 4th generation family farm in Nicaragua where all our coffee comes from. We'll also teach you about coffee production and give you an introduction to coffee roasting before sampling our featured coffees.
