Culture Club

CVA's artmaking happy hour where we learn new techniques in community with other creatives. For inspiration, we’ll look to the multi-media paintings and quilts of Corey Pemberton from his exhibition Piece by Piece on view at CVA. We’re offering two sessions during this exhibition, sign up for one or both. All levels welcome.

Corey Pemberton: Piece by Piece invites viewers to explore a collection of mixed media paintings, blown glass sculpture, and quilted installations that celebrate the ordinary, the marginalized, and the deeply cherished aspects of our lives. What is Culture Club?

Culture Club is CVA's artmaking meetup. Mingle with fellow art lovers, meet up with friends (or make new ones) and try out a new artmaking technique. We supply the space, snacks and supplies, all you need to bring are your ideas.

Culture Club attendees are welcome to show up early to check out the exhibition on view in the galleries.
