Tune in for a lecture with Donte Palmer, founder of Squat for Change. This global campaign began when Palmer’s photo on Instagram went viral - taken in 2018, the photo, posted by his now 13-year-old son, showed the father of three squatting in a restaurant bathroom to change his baby’s diaper. Palmer’s passion is not just calling for baby-changing stations in public men’s rooms — he wants fathers to embrace every inch of parenthood.
Hear from Palmer about his instrumental role in elevating and highlighting the lives and role of Black fathers and how he uses the art of spoken word to share his message.
