Heritage Park’s free Culturally Speaking Presentation Series continues Nov. 12 with Louis Riel: Heart, Mind and Soul, presented by Craig Ginn.Louis Riel’s story is anything but simple. Depending on who tells it, Riel has been called everything from a traitor to a prophet, a man caught between conviction and controversy.
This talk dives into Riel’s own words: letters, poetry and rare manuscripts from the University of Calgary Archives, to uncover the man behind the myth.
