Celebrate the coming of fall with the Ladies of Zeta Iota Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc ., the Cultural Wellness Center, and the Mealinin In Motion networks of bikers, skiers, runners, and walkers in the beautiful urban setting of The Midtown Greenway. You can choose a 25-mile bike tour, A Slow Roll bike ride, a 5k fun run, or a 3k walk, Yoga, or Zumba and sound therapy to celebrate the season and the joy of Active Living - We will close the day with Stepping led by our own J-Most and the Command Steppers. We will have health Information and opportunities to test biometrics. We will end our event with a Community meal and stepping, just like our family celebrations in the park. This event is FREE and designed for all ages, skill levels, and abilities. It is not a race but a celebration of active living and connecting outdoors. Move, Walk, Roll, or Run for Health and Fun!
