How did “Elkwood” get its name? Or Rosemont? What is “Leib’s Hill”? Join Penn State Harrisburg Ph. D. Candidate David Wyche as he shares his current research into New Cumberland’s many neighborhoods. Mr. Wyche is preparing a draft of this for potential publication in either print or electronic versions. Join us in Foundation House (located across the shared parking lot from the Library) and learn about the history of your particular neighborhood!
