Cultivating Vitality: Qi Gong, Acupressure, Reflexology, & Reiki

This workshop weaves together time-honored practices of Eastern Medicine and Reflexology, with an introduction to Acupressure and Reiki.

Participants will explore the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including meridians, acupressure, and the flow of Qi, supported by gentle, restorative Qi Gong movement.

Together, we will practice holistic techniques that may help ease anxiety, support digestion, relieve back pain and headaches, and cultivate greater energy, balance, and vitality.

Reflexology, a practice with over 5,000 years of history, views the body as an interconnected whole. By working with micro-systems such as the hands, feet, and ears, reflexology supports harmony rather than symptom-based care. This session will focus on hand reflexology, offering simple, accessible techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere.

This workshop blends education with hands-on practice, providing practical tools for everyday self-care while deepening awareness of the body’s energetic pathways.
