This workshop offers a restorative space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. In a supportive and engaging environment, we will explore the ways that people pleasing, overextending and unclear boundaries can quietly drain energy and create stress. Through guided discussion and experiential exercises, you'll gain clarity about the hidden costs of prioritizing others at the expense of your own well being. Participants will leave with a new understanding of what personal peace looks and feels like, as well as helpful tools to achieve this calm.
