Cultivating Mushroom Logs

In this hands on workshop, participants will learn the basics of mushroom log cultivaton. We'll cover topics such as log selection and cutting, suitable mushroom species, timing, inoculation, ongoing care and harvesting. Each participant will be invited to take an inoculated log home with them to tend.
