Join us to cultivate mindfulness through art qigong meditation and sound healing in the Figge galleries. Practitioners will be guided to explore ways to meditate by being open relaxed and receptive. This event will be guided by Becky Nakashima Brooke who is a yoga teacher qigong teacher and sound healer. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
