Join in community for a day of mindfulness practice focused on metta (lovingkindness). Metta is the first of the 4 foundational heart practices in Buddhism (4 sublime abodes). It is a practice of cultivating love and kindness toward ourselves and all beings.
This daylong retreat will consist of:

+ Dharma talks
+ Noble silence
+ Mindful eating
+ Q&A discussion session

*This daylong retreat is facilitated by Nick Ingrisani. I’ve been practicing meditation for over 10 years, primarily in the lineages of Tibetan and Theravāda Buddhism. This daylong retreat was developed from teachings and practices I learned from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, in their two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
