9:00 - 11:00 AM | Executive Presence - Authenticity leads to trust, trust fosters connection, and connection inspires action. This session focuses on tactical communication fundamentals including language, movement, and attention management along with empowering mindsets to establishing trustable presence in any environment. Learn to build authentic connections with your audience, whether you’re communicating with a manager, board, or prospective client.
11:00 - 11:15 AM | Break
11:15 AM - 1:00 PM | Engage Your Audience - In this session, we explore the growing trend of involving the audience in your presentation. We teach techniques for making the audience an active part of the presentation and give you the opportunity to practice these dynamic techniques in teams. Creating two-way communication dynamics that includes your audience enables a co-creation dynamic that invests all participants to focus on a shared outcome.
1:00 2:00 PM | Lunch & 1:1 Coaching
2:00 - 4:00 PM | Intetional Influence - As workforces are shifting virtual, it’s more important than ever to not rush to the transactional or skip discovery. This session aims to increase a leader’s client-partner relationship through emotional intelligence, empathy, active listening, and true discovery. The delivery format utilizes role-plays with a focus on real-life scenarios challening learners to asking better questions and enroll others to a mutually beneficial outcome.

Since joining LifeHikes in 2018, he has coached senior leaders at organizations like Mastercard, IBM, CAA, and Meta, and leads a partnership with The Mastercard Foundation to train 12,000 youth across Africa by 2027. His focus areas include communication under pressure, executive presence, and leadership resilience.
