Using pranayam (breathing practices), experimental art, seated spinal yoga postures, and meditation we will explore the intuitive information gathering potential associated with mindfulness and conscious living.

Cindy is a retired Art Education and Special Education teacher. She currently teaches Kundalini Yoga and is certified Level II. Cindy's passion for consciousness research resulted in an MA (Art as a Means of Raising Consciousness) and MFA (Chaos Theory and Fractal Geometry as Related to Consciousness) that extended her involvement in art and yoga philosophically and scientifically. She published "Course for Correction - A Guided Journey to Find Your Creative Potential" in 2023. The book relays personal experiences with the eight 'Clairs' (Clairvoyant, Clairaudient, Claircognizant, Clairempathy, Clairsentience, Clairtangency, Clairsalience, Clairgustance), scientific data, multicultural philosophical concepts, and educational opportunities to grow toward understanding the resources available to you through synergistic physical, mental, and spiritual experiences.
