About This Course
This advanced course offers rigorous exploration of the two classical methods for cultivating Bodhichitta: the Seven-Point Cause and Effect approach and the Equalizing and Exchanging Self with Others method. Drawing directly from authentic Tibetan
sources, participants will refine their understanding, deepen their meditation, and strengthen their commitment to the bodhisattva ideal in their daily lives. Designed for serious practitioners, this course integrates analytical meditation, textual study, and
contemplative guidance. Engage with the vast view, dismantle self-cherishing at its root, and train the mind to expand beyond all limitation. Through consistent study and practice, Bodhichitta ceases to be a concept and becomes the living force of your path.
This course will include a Bodhichitta Retreat day.
