This special combination of Qigong Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Sound Healing assist in dissolving limiting beliefs and promoting a sense of renewal. During the entire event you will be immersed in the healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls!
No previous experience with Qigong or Yoga is required.

Qigong (pronounced chi-gong) includes gentle, rhythmic, and repetitive movement patterns as well as breathing techniques and a focused mindset designed to enhance vitality and deep inner connection. Qi (chi) can be defined as life force energy. Traditional Chinese teachings follow a wholistic view connecting body, mind, spirit, and nature. Each of the five elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Wood, Water) correlate with a season. Spring is associated with the Wood element. Bringing health and balance to the body organs, Liver and Gall Bladder, is also associated with Spring and the Wood element. This Qigong Flow consists of gentle, fluid, accessible and spiraling movement patterns that will leave you feeling calm and balanced.
Gentle Yoga relaxes the body, mind and breath. A variety of restorative and reclined yoga poses will increase flexibility, stillness and peacefulness. Props and modifications will be provided. This yoga practice is uniquely calm for all levels of practice.
The sounds and frequencies from Alchemy Crystal singing bowls provide a relaxing and meditative state of consciousness. Sound healing creates space and opening for vibrations to radiate into every cell of the body. Clearing and releasing blocked, stagnant and unbalanced energy- creating space for inner wisdom and harmony to shine through you!
This event has an extended savasana (rest) allowing for integration while pure sounds expand into a multitude of vibrant, nourishing and healing overtones. Harmonizing your body, mind, and breath!

Jennifer McClure, owner of Waves of Love Healing, is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Yoga Guide (YTT200) and Light Language Healer. With over 5 years of experience in sound therapy, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise to help others achieve profound transformations, shifts, therapeutic restoration, and expanded awareness. As a Sonic Alchemist, Jennifer holds space for individuals on their healing journey, with the goal of raising the vibration of humanity, Mother Earth, and the Universe. Guided by 'Spirit' and grounded in love; she is honored to assist you on your healing journey.

Alicia is a certified Yoga Instructor for children and adults (Yoga Alliance RCYT95, RYT200) She has experience instructing various styles of yoga and meditation: Hatha, Kundalini, Gentle, Beginner, Vinyasa, Children's Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation. Alicia is a Qigong Flow Associate Instructor certified by YOQI (Yoga + Qigong). Gentle, meditative and slow Qigong flows are designed to bring balance and fluidity through movement and breath.
Alicia is devoted to sharing the benefits of yoga with all ages and members of the community. She hosts individual and group events at local studios, private residences, women's circles, veteran's groups, child/parent classes, and healing ceremonies. Alicia is also a certified Sound Healing practitioner.
