Join us for a soul map-making artistic workshop, a creative exploration of the landscapes of your inner world. Through a guided meditation and short yoga flow, uncover images, colors, and affirmations that resonate with your heart song. Using paint, collage, and mixed media, you’ll create a metaphorical map that honors where you’ve been, where you are, and where your spirit longs to go.
