Cult Manchester X Central Library Creative Pop Up

Author and journalist David Nolan launches his rising Manchester-focused media platform with a creative networking event and exclusive talk.
About this Event

In the three months since its launch the Cult Manchester website has unleashed a series of reassuringly strange stories about Manchester and its pop culture legacy.
These include:
- Finding Ian Curtis’ record collection
- Tracking down the last two pieces of an iconic Castlefield mural
- Revealing what really happened behind the scenes of the cult/camp classic TV show Ghost Hunting with Girls Aloud.

And on Thursday 19 November at 6pm, Central Library will be hosting a pop up launch/creative social with Cult Manchester.
The ‘cults’ will be explaining what they do and why they’re doing it. They’ll also publish their latest scoop live before your very eyes!
Then it’s your turn - are you involved in cult things that need amplifying?
Come and talk to the cults about them...
