Culinary Training Summer School with Unite Here Round 2

Do you want to take advantage of the summer and gain culinary skills that will boost confidence at work or in the home kitchen?
About this Event

The UNITE HERE Worker Training Center is hosting another 2 week long round of culinary summer school from 11am-3pm July 6-17 2026, Monday-Friday.

This class is for all levels and intended for those ages 18 - 24 years old but open to all adults.

Students will learn the following:

• Basic knife skills, knife safety and handling
• How to make cuts with a knife: dice, chopping, julienne, etc
• How to cook using a recipe
• Fundamentals of cooking

Please only sign up if you are able to come to each session.
Space is limited! Registration will open on 6/22 at noon.
