At Adega (meaning wine cellar), they have taken old recipes and cooking techniques and matched them with modern flavours and other complimentary styles of cuisine. Some dishes need no refining at all and are served in their authentic form.
Adega’s specialty is seafood and they source it from all over the world: fresh fish from Portugal & Azores Islands, Canadian Maritime Lobster, Norwegian Cod, Tunisian Octopus, Thai Tiger Shrimp, etc.
Their daily featured items include fine meats such as Rack of Lamb, Veal Chop and Beef Tenderloin grilled with Mediterranean marinades and spices. Adega welcomes you to taste one of the oldest and most diverse cuisines of the world.

Wine and Dine in Adega's Private Wine Cellar where you'll indulge in a full three course dinner prepared by the Head Chef as well an extensive list of fine Portuguese wines to pair with each course (wines are not included in ticket). Join a communal private table and spend an evening with great food, wine and company.
