Culinary Medicine

Have you ever wondered why an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Or why your parents won’t let you eat candy for dinner? Our STEM-forward camp will teach you the basics of nutrition and its impact on our quality of life. You will learn about why nutrition is a critical piece of our health, how to make easy and nutrient dense meals, and explore possible careers in nutrition and health. At Culinary Medicine camp, we hope to inspire the next health professionals of the future! This camp will take place at the 4-H Healthy Living Center located at 2201 E. Roger Rd.
