On the evening of Wednesday, December 17th, enjoy a glass of Pippin Hill wine (non-alcoholic beverages available) and dive into a hands-on lesson by Chef Victoria. Learn how to craft sunny-side quail eggs on pumpernickel and Pippin's famous lobster toasts, which are sure to impress your guests during the holiday season. After the class, gather around for a family-style dinner in the Tasting Room, then retreat to the Inn for a cozy night’s stay. In the morning, wake up to a farm-fresh breakfast prepared by Chef Joe Koscielniak which is included in your stay. An unforgettable experience for those craving a truly distinctive culinary retreat.

Cancellation Policy for Cooking Class Tickets

Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event can be processed through Eventbrite, excluding their service fee. For cancellations within 7 days, a Pippin Hill Tasting Room gift card will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for Room Stays

Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a charge of 50% of your stay, plus tax. Please note that early departures or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
